Queer Afrofuturism

Queer Afrofuturism reimagines Black queer lives not only surviving history but architecting new worlds—worlds of joy, healing, pleasure, and collective flourishing.

Together, we will explore, create, and affirm futures that celebrate Black queer life in its fullness. This is a call to dream boldly and recklessly, to claim space for futures often denied or erased.

This workshop is an invitation to resist dominant narratives and to embody the possibility that our bodies, our desires, and our imaginations are not only valid but essential to the futures we create.
